Good news for Indonesian and Philippine. Paypal is now accepting withdraw to local bank account. All you have to do is add your local bank account. To add your local bank account you must input the swift code and your account number also become a verified PayPal member. To be a verified Paypal member you only have to add you credit card.

When you withdraw the money you will receive it on your local currencies and if you want to accept it in US dollars you must have a United States bank account.

The fee are for Philippine users, withdrawals of PHP 7,000 or more are free. For withdrawal amounts less than PHP 7,000 there will be a fee of PHP 50. For Indonesian users, withdrawals of IDR 1.5 million or more are free. For withdrawal amounts of less than IDR 1.5 million, there will be a fee of IDR 16,000.

Note that foreign exchange fees may also apply and your local bank might be adding some fees also for electronic funds transfers.
